I received a promotional email that said 45% off EVERYTHING - I actually took EVERYTHING to mean EVERYTHING. Apparently, it didn't. When I went to check out - apparently, EVERYTHING meant only on certain things.
Folks - the thing is this. People are tired of being lied to, teased, lured into buying things with a promise that has asterisks by it -not visible UNTIL you get to check out - that is lying. Period. I chatted with someone about it - quoted the exact wording in my email - she said I could buy then get reimbursed for the 40%. REALLY? make a full priced purchase then hope (without really hoping) that I could get reimbursed WITHOUT anything in writing. Heck - it was in WRITING that EVERYTHING was included - so what are the chances of being reimbursed on a verbal promise -
THAT is NOT how to do business.
I love the products - BUT< not enough to continue purchasing from a company that is conducting itself in a reprehensible manner.
