Love products
I love the products but your customer service is really bad, First order missing a product and received 2 eyeliners I didn’t order. Sent message no response.
Second order I ordered a 3 pack of shadow and didn’t get one and suppose to get a refund. Sent message and got a response saying product was out of stock. Stop advertising if you don’t have the products.

Best eyeshadow crayons
Have tried many eyeshadow crayon sticks and the color would come off not long after I applied ! Was ready to give up but so thankful I came across Julep because being a 60 plus woman nothing was working on my eyes till now! Have purchased 3 more colors and can't wait to try more!
